What we collect
When you join our updates list, we collect your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, your selected areas of interest, the time of signup, and a record of your consent to receive email updates.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain our updates list, understand what subscribers are interested in, and send occasional news about D.A.N.B.A.L.A. and other PSYLENZ Studios projects. We also use it to respond to your requests and protect the signup form from abuse. Signing up does not guarantee early access or participation in testing.
Where it is stored and shared
Subscriber records are stored using Cloudflare KV. We may use an email delivery service, such as Resend, to notify our team about new signups, and a mailing-list service, such as Mailchimp, to send future updates if we adopt one. These providers process information to deliver the services we request. We do not sell subscriber information.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information or stop future emails at any time by writing to hello@psylenzstudios.com. If we introduce a newsletter service, future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. We will also respond to reasonable requests to access or correct your signup details.
Retention and changes
We keep signup records while you remain on our updates list or until they are no longer needed for its administration, subject to any applicable legal requirements. We may update this policy as our services evolve; the effective date above will reflect material revisions.
